1. Data collected through the NEXO institutional website;
2. Operational data processed by the NEXO Visual Intelligence Platform during the execution of contracted services.

• Operational data related to visual project monitoring;
• Analytical reports generated on demand.

Reports generated by the platform are not permanently stored — they are produced on demand when requested by the user.

8. POSSIBLE CAPTURE OF INDIVIDUALS

Images recorded by cameras may contain people present in the monitored environment.

NEXO does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or any processing aimed at individually identifying persons who may be captured.

Images are used exclusively for visual documentation, project monitoring, timelapse generation, and operational analysis related to the contract with the client.

9. INFORMATION SECURITY

Data protection is a top priority for NEXO.

Among the measures adopted:

• Use of secure HTTPS protocol;
• Access control through username and password;
• Support for access via exclusive controlled links;
• Data storage on proprietary infrastructure;
• Servers located in Brazil;
• Operational environment maintained in own datacenter;
• Backup routines following the 3-2-1 strategy;
• Encrypted external backup copies;
• No operational processing on public clouds.

NEXO does not use public cloud providers for primary storage or processing of client operational data.

10. DATA STORAGE

Operational data remains stored for the duration of the contracted project.

After contract termination, data may be retained for up to 90 (ninety) days for support, delivery validation, and operational closure purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymized as applicable.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

NEXO does not transfer operational data stored on its platform internationally.

However, third-party services used on the institutional website, such as Google tools, may process information on servers located outside Brazil, subject to the safeguards provided by applicable law.

12. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Under the LGPD, data subjects may request:

• Confirmation of processing existence;
• Access to data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
