This structure increases operational resilience and reduces risks related to hardware failures, human errors, operational incidents, or unforeseen events.

Offsite copies are protected by encryption mechanisms and used exclusively for data recovery in exceptional scenarios — not as an operational environment or for client data processing.

Captured images may occasionally record people present in the monitored environments.

NEXO does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or any form of automated individual identification.

Images are used exclusively for visual documentation, project monitoring, timelapse generation, and operational analysis as contracted by clients.
